A note on fit
This practice is designed for leaders carrying consequential work through stalled impact, team strain, client or community dependency, or dynamics inside the system that are affecting what becomes possible.
It is not a fit for generic consulting requests, done-for-you execution, or a one-off strategy call when what you need is tactical business support. It is also not therapy or a substitute for therapy.
The work asks for honesty. Not performance. Not perfect self-awareness. Just enough willingness to look at what the system may be showing you.
