Leader centrality / dependency

The leader keeps becoming the force.

Everything moves, but only while the leader translates, regulates, reminds, or pushes. The delegation problem may be a system that has learned to organize around leader activation.

What has the business learned will only happen when you enter the room?

Offer / conversion

The solution is speaking before the buyer is ready.

The offer is sophisticated and true. The buyer is still trying to name the pain. Conversion strain appears when the business requires people to understand the medicine before they can recognize what hurts.

What does the buyer have to know too early in order to say yes?

Authority / inherited system

The old leader is gone. The system still expects him.

A leader’s body constricts when they step into authority, as though the person who once shut them down is still present. Teams can carry the same arrangement after an authority leaves.
