A note on fit
This practice is designed for founders, community leaders, and service-based businesses dealing with stalled impact, team strain, client or community dependency, or dynamics inside the container that are affecting what becomes possible.
It is not a fit for generic consulting requests, done-for-you execution, or a one-off strategy call when what you need is tactical business support. It is also not therapy or a substitute for therapy.
The work asks for honesty. Not performance. Not perfect self-awareness. Just enough willingness to look at what the system may be showing you.
