The process
Pre-work and context review
You complete an intake covering the business, the offer, the people involved, and the patterns you are noticing. I review it before we meet so we do not spend the intensive catching up.
Day one: entering the system
We look at the current reality: what is happening, who is involved, where the friction repeats, and where responsibility, authority, or exchange may have drifted.
Return synthesis session
The next day, we return to what surfaced. This is where the pattern gets cleaner, the leverage points become more obvious, and the business implications come into focus.
Written advisory memo
You receive a working memo with the core read, likely leverage points, and recommended first moves for the next 30 days.
Integration call
Within two weeks, we meet again to refine next steps and support the shift from insight into action.

Scope and pricing
The standard Founder Read includes pre-work intake, one full-day intensive, one return synthesis session, a written advisory memo, and one follow-up integration call within two weeks.
If the scope expands to include additional team members, in-person delivery, or more complex system involvement, pricing may shift accordingly.
